Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Excellence:

    • Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Supervise front desk operations to guarantee a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
    • Provide training and support to ensure team members are well-prepared to exceed guest expectations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including room reservations, billing, and cashiering.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions and transactions.
    • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided to guests.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Relais & Châteaux standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Relais & Châteaux standards and commitment to excellence.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
