Tortugas Tiki Bar & Cafe, located at 34th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, is an island-inspired poolside cafe serving a variety of coastal dishes, tropical cocktails, seasonal live music and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Nestled between palm trees and lush colorful flowers, Tortugas offers all outdoor dining for maximum vitamin sea where your only worry is watching your napkin blow away.

At Tortugas, summer is a state of mind and we always run on island time. We specialize in frozen cocktails, margaritas, and daiquiris all to help you ease into your vacation or put your mindset in one. Our menus are crafted with the beach in mind and we focus on lighter fare with island flair with sandwiches, salads, and split top rolls.

Join us today at Tortugas for a retreat from reality. We are an all outdoor restaurant so our hours are weather permitting, 7am-12am daily.
