• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key role at Amara Resort & Spa. This person will be the right hand of our Director of Housekeeping, equally responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department within our organization. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in housekeeping management, with a strong emphasis on floor care, custodial services, and industrial cleaning. This person will also need to speak both Spanish and English.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  * Keep area clean according to Board of Health standards.* Follow directions for food preparation.* Desire to achieve a consistent level of perfection in food preparation in order to have uniformity in presentation and waste management.* Attend team briefings.* Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.* Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.* Must be able to work well under pressure while retaining tact and composure * Must be able to read, communicate effectively in EnglishTraining* Complete training on safe lifting procedures.

  The Sous Chef plans, organizes, controls and directs the work of team members in the kitchen. Responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. This position also controls costs and manages inventory to maximize efficiency and profits.
