About the company

In 2007, our company created a subsidiary company "Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors" to optimize operational opportunities and to forge stronger and more impactful relationships. This allows us to take full control of the planning process from construction phase to opening. Creating this lateral move allows us to be at the beginning of the construction process from zoning, planning, purchasing, building and selecting the correct product for the appropriate market.

In December 2013, the U.S. Department of Homeland Secuirty’s Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) approved our organization as the "New Orleans & Gulf Coast Regional Center" (NOGC-RC) pursuant to the EB-5 immigrant visa program.

The NOGC-RC's mission is to deliver a secure immigration gateway for foreign investors that is multi-dimensional dependable and financially beneficial. The NOGC-RC team is committed to promoting economic growth and job creation while keeping our client's EB-5 investment and immigration objectives top-of-mind.
