The Trail Ridge Gift Store in Rocky Mountain National Park is a division of the Xanterra Travel Collection. We offer employment opportunities in a variety of departments including: Food & Beverage, Retail, Warehouse and Transportation. 

Rocky Mountain National Park is 415 square miles and includes mountains, alpine lakes and a wide variety of wildlife. Trail Ridge Road - which crests at over 12,000 feet - includes many overlooks to experience the subalpine and alpine worlds - along with over 300 miles of hiking trails, wildflowers, and wildlife. Each year, millions of visitors from all over the world come to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. 

Naturally Different Xanterra

Rocky Mountain National Park is a place for year round adventure and unique experiences. Summer recreational opportunities in the park include hiking, fishing, horseback riding and rock climbing, to name a few. Winter recreational activities include snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and winter hiking as well. Our guests and employees come from across the country and around the world which makes working in Rocky Mountain National Park a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with, and learn about, a variety of cultures. Housing & Meals

Rocky Mountain National Park is a community living environment. Community living can be a great way to bond and create lifelong friendships with others who share similar interests and values, however, it does come with some challenges. Being prepared will help with your transition. Employee housing is dormitory-style. Each room has a private bathroom and accommodates 2-4 people. Rooms are furnished with beds, dressers, tables, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Laundry facilities are included. You must be 18 years of age or older to live in company housing and must be actively employed by Xanterra. Pets, children and smoking are not permitted in dormitory housing. 

The Employee Dining Room serves cafeteria-style meals that include a hot entree and side dishes, sandwiches, salads, fruits, cereals and beverages. Vegetarian options are available at each meal, however, the EDR chef and crew are not able to accommodate all dietary needs such as vegan or allergy related restrictions.
