  The Regional Director of Operations will provide multi-hotel leadership, focusing on guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and owner satisfaction. Acting as a direct supervisor to General Managers, the RDO will provide support and resources, both in person and remotely, while reporting to the COO. This position is responsible for developing strategic plans and revenue budgets based on the company goals that will promote revenue growth year over year. Responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, strategic direction for hotel teams, quarterly tactical plans against revenue goals and mix of business targets.
