Background

InnVentures has developed and managed hotel properties in the west since its founding in 1982. Our growing list of hotel properties includes 20 Marriott and Hilton branded hotels in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California.

Our executive team works closely with our franchise partners for the benefit of all entities. A long list of awards serves as a testament to our commitment to quality, and our ability to consistently meet or exceed high standards set by the franchise.

Marriott International has presented InnVentures with its coveted "Partnership Circle" award mulitple times. It is the highest honor bestowed upon Marriott franchisees. And in 2004, we earned three brand "Hotel of the Year" awards from Marriott International. No other franchisee in Marriott history can make that claim!

What We Do

Construct new hotel properties; Identify strategic purchases to build an existing real estate development portfolio;  Provide pre-opening services; and Provide training support for managers and sales personnel.

Hotel Development

• Staffing: hiring, training and managing personnel at all levels – including sales, service, administrative and executive – to ensure positive and consistent guest experiences 
• Marketing: promoting the property to appropriate audiences in order to maximize occupancy rates and return on investment
• Revenue management: providing a dedicated revenue management team to assist in achieving maximum rate and occupancy within a given market
• Finance and insurance: providing operating statements, conducting monthly financial reviews, and coordinating insurance plans for hotel employees
• Operations and maintenance: ensuring the property is operated efficiently through careful planning and budgeting, and maintained at a level that ensures the highest standard in guest satisfaction
• Reporting: generating monthly financial reports and forecasts, and producing monthly market share reports through Smith Travel Research
• Upgrades and renovations: managing and implementing improvement projects that either maintain an edge or reposition a property within a given market.

InnVentures is a hotel management and development company with more than 30 years of experience. We currently manage 20 Marriott and Hilton properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California, with further expansion planned.
