About the company

Johnson Hospitality was founded by Ron and Randy Johnson in 1999. Leveraging Ron’s 14-year career with Marriott and decades of executive and management experience, they obtained a Courtyard franchise and successfully developed and built the Courtyard Palo Alto-Los Altos, a hotel they still own and manage to this day. Today Johnson Hospitality has interests in five Marriott branded hotel properties throughout the Northern California area such as Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, Residence Inn, and Fairfield Inn & Suites. A sixth hotel is currently under development, a dual branded Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn in the Santa Clara area scheduled to open in early 2019.

We offer a level of focus and engagement that is unsurpassed, allowing us to identify and adapt to opportunities and market forces faster and more efficiently than our competition. Johnson Hospitality is actively seeking to expand our portfolio of hotels and hotel brands through the western region of the United States. We provide management services, equity investment, and hotel development services. We take great pride in our track record of superior RevPAR index performance, profit maximization, and asset appreciation.
