Concordia on the Lake, nestled near Johnson Lake, is an independent, active adult community for individuals 62 and older, located in Littleton, Colorado. Our beautiful campus consists of three three-story apartment buildings, 22 cottages, and an Event Center, with approximately 250+ residents calling it home. We provide a maintenance-free lifestyle, including landscaping and snow removal, allowing residents to focus on what truly matters—socialization, cultural enrichment, and active living. With daily social activities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our community fosters meaningful connections and engagement. Nestled near Johnson Lake, Concordia on the Lake offers easy access to restaurants, bookstores, a theater, and medical facilities—a perfect balance between serene living and vibrant city convenience.
