Highpointe Hotel Corporation is a full-service management and development company based in Gulf Breeze, Florida. We can take a project from concept and research to groundbreaking to ongoing success with our meticulous, all-inclusive approach to property development and  management. We plan carefully, align resources, manage and account for properties in real time, and communicate our progress and success to all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Highpointe has provided professional management services for institutions, third-party investors, and hotels in its own portfolio since 1982. We employ approximately 500 people companywide and operate 14 hotels, with several new projects in the development pipeline. Since 1994, we have completed over $200 million in new hotel development for our own portfolio, and have assisted in another $50 million for third-party clients.
