This position supervises the exterior janitorial team while also working alongside them to complete daily cleaning tasks. The Supervisor ensures Buildings 2–9 are serviced according to daily, weekly, and seasonal schedules and addresses immediate cleaning needs as they arise. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and serves as the primary lead for HOA exterior cleaning operations.
