Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow the directions of the Pastry Chef for recipe execution, presentation, and overall kitchen coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Cook.
- Availability on days, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry preparation.
