Description
Works in conjunction with servers to maintain proper guest service.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of the menu.
Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order.
Polishes silverware.
Helps servers restock unused condiments, sugar caddies, and salt/pepper shakers.
Makes sure all lost and found articles are turned into supervisor.
Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned: coffee cups, saucers, creamer cups, trays, coffee pots, glasses (wine glasses, water goblets), and silverware.
Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
Stocks and folds table napkins.
Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
Runs all food items to the proper areas for the Servers and Bartenders.
Removes items that the guests are done with and return to kitchen area.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
High School diploma general education (GED).
Experience preferred but will train or promote willing individual.
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Must be very detailed oriented.
Must project a professional and positive image.
Must have a high level of energy
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi features a Hard Rock Casino with over 1,200 slot machines and 52 table games. The Hard Rock Hotel features 479 rooms and 5 suites that overlook the Mississippi’s Gulf shore. The facility features the Soundbar Swim-Up Bar, Outdoor Pool, the Body Rock Gym and the Rock Spa, which offers services such as facials, massages, body wraps and a full-service salon.
Food & beverage venues include Tequila’s on the Gulf, the Half Shell Oyster House, Satisfaction Buffet, Sugar Factory American Brasserie, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Pie Five Pizza Co., Dunkin Donuts, Hard Rock Café, and the Macau Kitchen.
