- Weekend availability is crucial, with the ability to start at 05:00
- Prior experience as an F&B Supervisor is desirable, showing your ability to lead and manage a team
What does your day as a F&B Breakfast Supervisor look like?
Your shift usually starts from 07:00 midweeks, and from 08:00 on the weekend. However, it may be required for you to start from 05:00. When ready for work, you will supervise and coordinate the F&B breakfast service, making sure that all guests have a perfect start of the day! You will be upholding the highest standards of F&B quality, service, and cleanliness. When the breakfast itself is over, you will coordinate the preparations for lunch, groups, in-room VIP-setups, and preparations for the next day. You will also be working on new ideas to improve our breakfast product, and training the breakfast team. With your lead, they will be able to bring our breakfast to the next level!
Requirements
Who are you?
Your friends describe you as an enthusiastic and bubbly person who is the organizer of the group who loves to take initiative!
- A background in (F&B) supervision and experience within the breakfast service
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak Dutch
- Flexibility to work in shifts, especially during early morning hours and weekends
