Pool Server

We are looking for a professional, high-energy Pool Server with excellent communication skills, and will be able to keep up with serving our amazing guests at the pool!   

The Pool Server is tasked with greeting guests, ensuring their comfort, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food. This involves a series of steps designed to guarantee a delightful customer experience. You will also up sell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Success as a Pool Server requires maintaining a tidy appearance and possessing an engaging, friendly personality. Efficiency, attentiveness, knowledgeability, and a personable demeanor are also essential.

Other duties for the Pool Server include: 

* Communicating with the kitchen for food ordering.

* Ensure promt delivery of food to the guests.

* Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served.  Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer.

* Handle all checks and cash accordingly to procedures.

* Knowledge of hotel amenities and services.
