Description
1、协助学习与发展副经理在酒店实施培训活动，管理并组织酒店一般培训、部门培训及活动，保留并分析培训数据资料，开展培训并协助部门培训。
2、保管及维护所有的培训资料及器材，防止设备及资料的损失。
3、根据部门需求进行分析及评估，并提供相关协助。
4、更新培训告示栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息。
5、协助学习与发展副经理以确保集团培训课程的按时开展。
6、经学习与发展副经理认可，主持部分培训课程。
7、协助计划和实施酒店一系列团队成员活动。
8、按要求完成其他指定的职责和任务。
Requirements
1.协助人力资源部履行各种人力资源职责，包括：招聘与甄选、培训和发展、薪酬、行政和奖励。
2.负责办公室内部的档案管理及其他文件的管理。
3.负责文具，纸张等办公用品的补充及发放。
4.管理员工更衣室，并符合酒店的卫生标准。
5.协助部门组织员工活动。
6.完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
