About the Role: Provide positive interactions between Spa guests and service personnel. Understand deep cleansing facial, facial massage and masking techniques, waxing and be able to recommend retail. Assist guests with locker room needs. Maintain cleanliness and stock amenities. Excellent organizational skills required. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Skin Analysis: Analyze client's skin to identify skin types, concerns, and conditions, such as acne, aging, or hyperpigmentation.
2. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns, provide personalized recommendations, and develop treatment plans.
3. Perform various facial treatments, such as cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, masks, and moisturizer, to improve skin texture and appearance. 
4.  Knowledge on various chemical and enzyme peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Educate guests on contraindications. 
5. Apply make-up to enhance clients' features and provide makeup lessons and consultation.
6. Waxing services: Brow shaping, and facial hair removal with NuFree hair removal product. 
7. Sanitation and Sterilization: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by sanitizing and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas. 
8. Recommend and sell skin care products to clients, providing education on proper product use and benefits.
9. Work with other estheticians, spa staff, and management to achieve spa goals and maintain a positive work environment. 

SKILLS, ABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
2. Pleasant disposition and professional appearance to positively represent the Spa.
3. Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills; proficient in cash handling and appointment scheduling; ability to multitask.
4. Hepatitis A vaccination required. 

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow established cash handling procedures for monetary transactions (cash banks, checks, cash, credit cards, etc.) as outlined in the Company Policies and Procedures Manual. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Current Missouri Esthetician License.
