Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.), Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Wage: $81,900.00 per year

The North West Company's Northern store in Coral Harbour, Nunavut, is deeply embedded in the community, contributing significantly to its social and economic well-being. Coral Harbour, known as Salliq (“large, flat island in front of the mainland”) by the Inuit, was named for the fossilized coral found at nearby Fossil Creek.
