We’re on the hunt for a bold, high-energy Dual General Manager who’s ready to run the show, drive the business, and keep the good times rolling for our guests and team alike.

What You’ll Do

As our GM, you’ll be the heartbeat of Moxy DC and Courtyard by Marriott Washington DC Dupont Circle – inspiring our team, delighting our guests, and driving the hotel’s success across every department. You will:

• Lead the hotel’s operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize profitability.
• Partner with the executive team to set goals, drive revenues, and build a fun, inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of our talented associates.
• Maintain top-notch product quality, ensuring the hotel looks sharp and runs smoothly – from Bar Moxy to the rooftop at Lucha Rosa.
• Keep the energy alive by resolving challenges quickly and creatively, with a focus on both guest and associate satisfaction.

Who You Are

You’re not just a GM—you’re a connector, motivator, and vibe curator.

• A proven leader with 3+ years’ GM experience (lifestyle hotel experience a plus!).
• Executive F&B experience (3+ years) – you know your way around food & beverage and understand how it drives a guest’s experience.
• A creative problem-solver with strong business acumen and financial savvy.
• A people-person who thrives on building relationships—with your team, guests, and the community.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Marriott brands or in lifestyle spaces before.
