Food & Beverage Supervisor
Pay:$15–$16 per hour
Schedule: AM/PM shifts + weekends
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Start Date in December 2025
Overview:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees all day-to-day F&B operations, including the complimentary breakfast program, evening bar service, and small group functions. This position ensures consistent quality, service, and presentation while maintaining Marriott brand standards and controlling departmental costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and schedule Breakfast Attendants and bar staff
Oversee all breakfast and bar operations to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards
Responsible for ordering and receiving all food and beverage products, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining proper inventory levels
Conduct weekly inventory counts and ensure cost control within budget guidelines
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all F&B areas in accordance with local health codes
Support coordination of group breakfasts, small meetings, and special events with Sales and Guest Services teams
Respond promptly to guest feedback or service issues
Ensure compliance with all Marriott brand, state, and local food safety standards
Assist the General Manager with payroll, scheduling, and departmental reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proven experience with vendor ordering and inventory control
Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
