The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for a high-energy, safety-conscious Comfort Station Attendant to manage our Snack Shack outlets. Nestled within our award-winning golf courses and recreational areas, you will be the go-to person for guests looking to refuel and recharge.

Your Impact: Hospitality & Safety

You are responsible for the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring guests receive prompt service and high-quality refreshments in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide efficient, courteous service.
• F&B Operations: Prepare and serve snacks (hot dogs, chips, candy) and mix simple alcoholic beverages in strict accordance with local laws and safety standards.
• Financial Integrity: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Facility Stewardship: Maintain an immaculate "Snack Shack" by wiping surfaces, sweeping, and managing trash to meet 4-Diamond cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management: Proactively monitor stock levels and restock supplies throughout the day to ensure we never miss a beat.
• Safety & Readiness: Maintain a high level of situational awareness, assessing outdoor conditions and responding quickly to any guest needs or emergencies.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Essentials: 16+ years of age with a professional demeanor and a "team-first" attitude.
• Certifications: Current Lifeguard Training and First Aid/CPR certifications are required. AED certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 1+ months of related experience in food service or guest relations.
• Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written English; ability to interact comfortably with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Physicality: Physically fit and agile; must be able to work outdoors in various Texas weather conditions and lift/move up to 45 lbs.
• Professionalism: Impeccable grooming standards and a commitment to wearing the proper resort uniform and slip-resistant footwear.
