Spa Housekeeper

Position Overview

The primary objective of the Spa Housekeeper is to ensure the overall cleanliness and pristine condition of Bayside Spa and Paseo Fitness. This role is foundational to a successful guest experience, requiring a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining exemplary service standards in a clean, welcoming space.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor/outdoor pools and whirlpools, including vacuuming and water level management.
  • Par Level Management: Proactively monitor and restock inventory to maintain par levels for robes, towels, bottled water, and locker room supplies.
  • Fitness Center Organization: Ensure the fitness center remains organized and in pristine condition for guest use.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections of locker rooms, pool areas, and the fitness center to ensure a flawless environment.
  • Sanitation Logistics: Efficiently collect and transport used linens and equipment to designated cleaning areas.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries with professional poise. Provide creative solutions and alternatives to meet guest needs, adhering to the "never say no" service philosophy.
  • Mission Alignment: Perform all duties in accordance with the Horseshoe Bay Resort mission statement and directives from Marlon Arana, Reporting Manager.

Employment Standards & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, navigate stairs, and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
  • Availability: Must be available for a position start date of 02/28/2026.
