Hotel General Manager

CN Hotels is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our newly acquired, 216-room dual branded Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites by IHG located in near the Miami International Airport in Doral, FL.

Position Overview

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all hotel operations — including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering — ensuring that both guest satisfaction and financial performance exceed expectations.

You’ll lead a talented team, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations while maintaining IHG brand standards.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

• Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and associates.

• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong community and business relationships.

• Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing 15+ associates.

• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, including budget management and F&B operations.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and operational goals in a branded hotel environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
