What You’ll Do as a Guest Service Agent

• As a Guest Service Agent, we are looking for flexibility across all shifts
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and efficiently
• Ensure adherence to Prominence Hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
• Foster strong communication with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
• Support training and performance development for the front desk team
• What You’ll Bring
• 1+ years of front desk or guest services experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (brand experience a plus), knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication, and time management
