Responsibilities: In this role you will serve as a liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue. You will respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group’s experience with the hotel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel establishment is required.
• Knowledge of FOSSE and prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comprehension of the technical application of the reservation system
• Detail-oriented and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Compensation is $21/hour.
