Las recamareras son responsables de mantener un alto nivel de limpieza en cada habitacin. Ama de llaves refresca las habitaciones para los huspedes que continan con su estada, as como limpian a fondo las habitaciones de los huspedes que se han retirado en preparacin para el prximo husped que se registra.

• -Limpiar a fondo las habitaciones de los huspedes, incluyendo: tender las camas, limpiar los baos, aspirar y quitar el polvo
• -Reponer y reemplazar artculos usados dentro de las habitaciones
• -Comunicar el estado de limpieza de cada habitacin una vez finalizada
• -Retirar las bandejas y mesas del servicio de las habitaciones.
• -Almacenar el carrito de suministros y asegrarse de que est limpio y bien organizado en todo momento
• -Verificar todo el equipo antes y despus de su uso para asegurarse de que est en buen estado de funcionamiento.
• -Responder a todos los huspedes del hotel de manera eficiente y amigable
