The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Team Members for the 2026 baseball season at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As a Culinary Team Member, you will help create memorable experiences for guests. Available roles include Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, and Culinary Lead. Pay

$15.00 – $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Follow supervisor’s assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment while keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Work cooperatively with team members and management
  • Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures

More about you

  • Ability to follow directions well
  • Experience working with flat top grills, deep fryers, and other cooking equipment is preferred for all cooking roles
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends
  • No degree required

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
