Summary Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedStaff Accountantto support key accounting functions within our Finance & Accounting department. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records through tasks such as preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure accurate financial transaction coding and compliance with internal controls
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
• Support revenue testing, bank reconciliations, and financial verifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet critical reporting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Education:Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred
• Experience:1–2 years in a similar accounting role; hospitality industry experience a plus
• Skills:Excel and accounting software proficiency, attention to detail, understanding of financial controls
