Ideal candidate will have previous hotel / resort supervisory experience in multiple departments
Serve as the primary resort leader on duty during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations across all departments
Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Conduct evening walkthroughs of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards are maintained
Supervise and support evening staff in Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other operating departments as needed
Monitor guest arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special events, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Handle emergency situations such as guest incidents, maintenance issues, medical situations, or security concerns following resort protocols
Coordinate with resort staff and management to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
Ensure accurate communication and handoff between day management and overnight teams through detailed shift reports
Review daily activity logs, incident reports, and guest feedback, escalating issues to senior management when appropriate
Approve service recovery actions (room moves, amenities, compensation) within established guidelines
Enforce resort policies, safety procedures, and guest conduct standards
Support staff by providing guidance, coaching, and decision-making assistance during evening operations
Monitor occupancy levels, staffing coverage, and operational needs, adjusting labor and resources as necessary
Ensure all public areas and guest-facing services are prepared for the following day’s operations
Complete end-of-shift reports summarizing notable events, guest issues, and operational updates
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work various shifts, primarily 3pm to 11pm and / or 12pm to 8pm
