Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Director of Player Development and Media Strategy to join our team. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132,100 – $178,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, guest segmentation strategies, and business growth initiatives
  • Direct player development and VIP marketing strategy, including host engagement goals, retention programs, and reinvestment optimization
  • Oversee paid, earned, and owned media planning across digital, social, and traditional channels, and approve all media buys to ensure ROI
  • Collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and technology partners to maximize campaign performance and drive innovation through A/B testing, automation, and omnichannel capabilities
  • Partner with IT, loyalty, and analytics teams to deploy tools for digital offer delivery, engagement measurement, and unified marketing dashboards; analyze marketing effectiveness using KPIs and ROI models, report results to executive leadership, and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive casino or hospitality marketing experience, including multi-property or corporate leadership 
  • Proven success driving strategy, execution, and measurable ROI across media, loyalty, and digital channels 
  • Strong knowledge of player development and database marketing tools such as Oasis and QCI  
  • Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
