Position Summary

We are seeking a welcoming face and voice of our luxury spa, delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring every guest encounter feels seamless, warm, and elevated. This role blends hospitality, organization, and sales-minded service, supporting daily spa operations while assisting guests with reservations, check-in/check-out, retail purchases, and personalized recommendation on a full or part time basis.

What We Are Looking For: 

• Someone who can create a welcoming, polished, and professional guest experience from arrival through departure. 

• Manage spa appointments and reservations using spa software 

• Perform check-in/check-out procedures, including payment processing and guest account handling

• Recommend our Signature Spa Services, professional products, and retail products with confidence and professionalism

• Proven experience in luxury spa or wellness environments.

• Professional, punctual, and client focused. Professional appearance and demeanor required

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
