We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Area Reservationist to support a portfolio of eleven (11) unique boutique hotels located in the heart of New Orleans. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented, guest-centric professional who excels in a dynamic, multi-property environment and enjoys creating seamless booking experiences that set the stage for memorable stays.

Reservationist Overview:

The Multi-Property Reservations Agent is responsible for managing guest reservations across multiple hotel locations while consistently delivering a high level of service. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reservation accuracy, enhancing the guest journey, and supporting revenue goals through clear communication, thoughtful attention to detail, and effective coordination across systems and properties.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage incoming reservation calls, emails, and online inquiries for multiple hotels
• Book, modify, and cancel guest reservations accurately in the PMS
• Provide information on room types, rates, amenities, and policies
• Upsell room upgrades, packages, and promotions when appropriate
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
• Communicate reservation details with property teams as needed
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across multiple properties and systems
• Strong attention to detail and organization
