Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 – $136,000 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability and continuous learning
• Serve as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, aligning strategy and execution
• Define and maintain enterprise project management standards, tools, and governance processes
• Oversee delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives across IT and business functions
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to align strategy with execution
• Support enterprise portfolio management by providing visibility into project status and performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and enable cross-functional collaboration

More about you

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex initiatives
• 3+ years managing Project Managers within a PMO or EPMO environment
• PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical background and understanding of project deployment process and changes
• Experience with project management software and applications
