Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

• Schedule cage shifts under the supervision of the cage manager and lead team members through planning, work assignments, and performance development 
• Manage cash flow and tracking within the cage, maintain accurate cash banks, and balance funds at the end of each shift while investigating variances 
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training new team members to ensure compliance with laws and procedures 
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, monitor ticket redemption machines, and schedule maintenance as needed 
• Cross train in all facets of cage operations, including Drop and Count procedures and Main Bank responsibilities 

More about you

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role 
• Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments 
• Flexibility schedule: ability to work normal business hours along with covering shifts as needed; work on call as needed.  
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, data input, record keeping, and Outlook 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York State Gaming License 

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push a trolly weighing up to 100 pounds 
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
