Your New Role

  • Engage and secure group business from diverse markets including corporate, SMERF, government, and social segments, leveraging your mastery of negotiation.
  • Lead the charge from initial inquiry to contract execution, ensuring a seamless experience that extends through post-contract support.
  • Create compelling proposals that maximize both revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain precision in your sales strategies with our advanced CRM and hotel systems, ensuring you’re on top of every opportunity.
  • Showcase our state-of-the-art facilities through captivating site tours and client meetings, both on and off the property.
  • Work hand-in-hand with teams across Events, Revenue Management, and Operations to craft unforgettable group experiences.
  • Be the face of AC/Element at sales calls, networking events, and industry trade shows.
  • Achieve and exceed your sales targets, making a real impact on our success.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hotel group sales experience under your belt.
  • A proven track record of smashing sales goals.
  • Sharp negotiation skills and a keen understanding of the intricacies of group contracts.
  • Stellar communication and organizational prowess.
  • Experience with hotel CRM and PMS systems to keep everything running smoothly.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease and finesse.
