What You’ll Do
  • Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  • Responsible for vacuuming, wiping out, and removal of rubbish from the inside of machines.
  • Clean and test card readers.
  • Clean and calibrate bill acceptors.
  • Clean and test buttons and lights.
  • Clean and test printers.
  • Clean and test all locking mechanisms on floor equipment or gaming devices.
  • Replace machine lighting as needed.
  • Document work in maintenance tracking website.
  • Open service issues for machines/components that fail testing or needing repair.
  • Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to gain mechanical aptitude, knowledge, and skills for electronic games.
How You’ll Be Successful
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to read and understand all safety labeling and cautions on equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend job assignments, policies, safety precautions, and instructions.
  • Ability to work with tools or equipment, screwdriver, scissors, keys, etc.
