What will you do?

• Taking server orders, preparing food to their specifications and delivering orders.
• Grilling, cooking and frying foods.
• Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time.
• Performing simple food preparation tasks, such as slicing up meats and vegetables.
• Ordering supplies and stocking the shelves.
• Rotating food and stamping the time and date of the food in the coolers.
• Cleaning food preparation equipment and areas, including fryers and grills.
• Bussing tables and emptying trash containers as needed.

More about you

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under stressful situations.
• The ability to speak multiple languages would be an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste.
• Must be able to pass a T.I.P.S training course and obtain an Arizona Food Handlers Certificate.

Physical requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids.
• Ability to carry large pans, weighing up to 50 pounds frequently; lifting more on occasion with assistance and operate kitchen equipment.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Exposed to variable temperatures.
