Banquet Cook

Reports to: Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, AM Banquet Chef

Key Requirements:

• A valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Two years of experience in the kitchen- prep cook (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and follow recipes accurately by the Chef's standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Prep for Banquets and A la Carte Line.
• Display excellent knife skills and consistent cooking techniques.
• Be on time for your shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients.
• Ability to multitask 

Work Schedule:

• shift starts: 8 am to 3 PM - ( it might be longer shifts based on business)
• Two days off
• Hours may vary depending on the club's events.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and perform movements like bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive motions during shifts.
• Work in a hot, humid, and noisy kitchen environment.
