Your Role

• Orchestrate seamless events, from inquiry to execution, ensuring guests experience our signature hospitality.
• Manage group bookings and meeting spaces, facilitating clear communication across departments.
• Drive sales, exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic planning by preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Be the face of our property, conducting engaging tours and showcasing our exceptional amenities.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; college or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in hotel sales or event coordination preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with hotel systems is advantageous.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity, such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Visual acuity necessary for managing detailed reports and data.
• Willingness to travel for business-related purposes when required.
