Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers and Front desk

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and check guests in and out in a friendly, professional manner

Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries

Process payments, issue room keys, and balance shift reports

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns

Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status

Answer phones and manage basic administrative tasks

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
