Job Summary:
As a Security Officer at Hyatt Regency - Indianapolis, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding our most precious assets: our valued guests and dedicated team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remain vigilant and observant, promptly reporting any suspicious activities.
- Maintain a visible presence in high-traffic areas, diligently monitoring all visitors and activities.
- Enforce laws and regulations pertaining to trespassing.
- Conduct routine foot patrols and thorough security checks.
- Identify potential threats and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Serve as a First Responder in all emergency situations.
- Accurately document incidents in detailed Incident Reports.
Job Specifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior security experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Flexibility in availability, including willingness to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
