About the Role: Seeking a guest focused and numbers driven Operations Manager with leadership skills to join our TEAM. If you're looking for a rewarding management role and enjoy providing excellent customer service, consider this exciting new opportunity! You will have oversight of the Front Desk, serve as a Manager on Duty, and assist other departments as needed. Other departments include Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. 

* Evening shifts primarily 1:00pm-10:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. You will also have oversight of the Front Desk, serve as a Manager on Duty, and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three to five years’ related experience 
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting
• Previous multiple department supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) preferred 
• Schedule flexibility is a must
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Driver's license 
• Experience with maintaining a budget and labor controls and costs
• Customer service and interpersonal relations

Compensation: $50,000 plus quarterly bonus
