Hotel Bartender

A Hotel Bartender at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Broomall is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests in a friendly and professional manner. 

Key duties include:

• Greeting customers promptly
• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area 
• Processing payments accurately 

Bartenders are also expected to comply with all food and beverage regulations, operate cash registers, and manage bar operations, including ordering and replenishing supplies.

Preferred qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent  

At least one year of relevant work experience 

The ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends. 

Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars, strong mixology skills, and effective communication abilities to interact positively with guests and team members. 

**RAMP certification is a plus or willing to obtain RAMP certification**
