Se requieren conocimientos generales en áreas técnicas como carpintería, pintura y electricidad. También se puede requerir conocimiento del sistema de etiquetas rojas de Kemper Insurance y la capacidad de conducir una camioneta. Este puesto requiere levantar al menos 18 kg (40 libras).
