As the Area Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in participating in and executing the marketing and demand generation efforts for two dual brand Marriott hotels in key destination markets - AC Element Las Vegas Symphony Park and AC Element Phoenix North Norterra.
You’ll work as part of a commercial team at these properties to drive top-line revenue across leisure, group and Food & Beverage channels and develop marketing plans that elevate our brand positioning, drive loyalty among guests, and win the hearts of the local community.
Key Responsibilities
This role will work closely with the local General Managers, sales, revenue and operations leaders, with oversight from Crescent corporate marketing, to ensure that all commercial initiatives are aligned and impactful. Candidates must be based in the Las Vegas area with the ability to travel up to 25%. This is an on-property role in Las Vegas, NV.
