Description

As the Area Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in participating in and executing the marketing and demand generation efforts for two dual brand Marriott hotels in key destination markets - AC Element Las Vegas Symphony Park and AC Element Phoenix North Norterra.

You’ll work as part of a commercial team at these properties to drive top-line revenue across leisure, group and Food & Beverage channels and develop marketing plans that elevate our brand positioning, drive loyalty among guests, and win the hearts of the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeper of brand assets and enforcer of brand standards, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage the hotel’s website and ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and events.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social media posts and paid social campaigns.
  • Manage digital agency/enterprise digital and ensure optimization with Corporate Marketing
  • Implement property specific marketing strategies in conjunction with Corporate Marketing
  • Create and implement email campaigns (transactional and promotional).
  • Partner with Revenue Management on hotel need periods to support Expedia TravelAds and Booking.com Sponsored Ads.
  • Creates and oversees execution of comprehensive and cohesive marketing calendars.
  • Works with Corporate Marketing and Director of Sales & Marketing on monthly reporting of results, future planning and brainstorming on how to address business challenges/market opportunities.
  • Implementation of social media strategy via agency management

This role will work closely with the local General Managers, sales, revenue and operations leaders, with oversight from Crescent corporate marketing, to ensure that all commercial initiatives are aligned and impactful.

Candidates must be based in the Las Vegas area with the ability to travel up to 25%. This is an on-property role in Las Vegas, NV.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with hospitality and Food & Beverage experience preferred
  • Proven success in executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue results
  • Understanding of digital marketing, brand marketing/standards, partnerships and revenue-generating campaigns
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional corporate and on-property teams
  • Agency/partner/vendor management skills
  • Extremely organized and well-versed in multi-project management
  • Creative and analytical thinker with reporting experience
