The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team at Southland Casino, in West Memphis, Arkansas. If you are an IT Administrator who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting with implementing computing technology associated with applications, data, communications, hardware, and networks, this could be the collaborative team for you. You will be supported by the Operation Lead to assist with daily technical operations at Southland Casino.

Ability to work Friday to Tuesday 5 PM to 1 AM or Monday to Friday 5 P to 1 AM

Pay

$23.00 – $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems
  • Assistin  implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
  • Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members
  • Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours, as well as during events
  • Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process

More about you

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
  • Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
  • Ability to work Friday to Tuesday 5 PM to 1 AM or Monday to Friday 5 P to 1 AM

Pet Policy: Pet-friendly rooms are available.

Dining and Nightlife - Southland offers multiple dining venues ranging from casual to upscale:
PIgnite Steakhouse: An upscale dining experience.
The Kitchens: A large, buffet-style restaurant.
Other Options: The Fry House, The Grind, and Sports Bar &Lamp; Grill.Bars: Several bars are on-site, including the Chairman’s Bar, Charred Oak Bourbon Bar, and the Ignite Steakhouse Bar.
