As a Banquet Setup, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms and equipment for events at the resort. This position requires a high level attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-past environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly placed
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment
• Break down banquet rooms and equipment after events
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
• Assist with inventory management
• Communicate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in banquet setup preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
