The opportunity
Experience the excitement of working at one of UK sports’ most prestigious venues! Delaware North UK is hiring casual Food Prep Assistants to join our team at The Emirates Stadium. As a Food Prep Assistant, you will grow your career by supporting the culinary team on event days.
This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening.

What will you do?
- Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines.
- Follow and upload all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Follow all safety, security, and kitchen procedures.
- Communicate with chef for any special instructions or training.
More about you
- Food Hygiene level 2 required.
- 2 years’ similar experience required.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware)
- Ability to follow instructions.
