Job Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English as a first language or at a native/professional level.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel environment, with a proven track record in selling hotel rooms and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in hotel booking systems, particularly OPERA.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.

  • Excellent customer service, sales, and marketing abilities

  • Demonstrated success in upselling rooms and maximizing hotel revenue
